Refund policy

Since our products are made-to-order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or other non-quality-related issues.

We offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly issue a replacement or full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that doesn't match your order (wrong size, design, etc.), we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Contact us at support@radkases.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include a clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Once we receive your request and photos, we'll work on processing your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the fault is ours).

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order for the correct size or color of case you want.
